Day Four....

Another super day. Did Chealean Extreme this morning followed by two sets of killer abs. Ate 1410 healthy calories. Got to 29% protein with very limited animal products.... feeling proud of how I am learning to fill my body with a wide range of healthy foods and getting more protein with lentils, chia seeds, and vegan protein powders. I never feel physically better than when I am lifting, running, swimming AND eating well. When I cut out protein, it really makes me feel better overall. I love this Arbonne Detox!!

Also got two new FAMILY based cookbooks in the mail today (Thanks Katie for my Barnes and Nobel Giftcard). I am going to try to have each girl pick what we eat and cook dinner with me weekly this summer. It has to be relatively healthy, and something NEW that we have not made before. They are both excited about it, and I am, too!! Here are the two new books I got today.
