Lost 2.0 on the detox and did not have a wonderful weekend. Did OK, but not perfect.... so I know I could have been down 1 more if I stuck to it better all weekend.... did not eat bad stuff really, just too many raw nuts and things like that. Hoping for a better week.
Working out is ROCKING right now and I am totally on pace for the Tri-Training. Feeling strong running, biking and lifting.... weak in swimming which I need to find a way to work on. Just not improving in that area.
Hoping for a super week. Thank goodness for Gluten Free oatmeal and egg whites. They save my life on the detox. Hope anyone reading this makes strong choices and does at least one thing today that makes you feel stronger.
